Exceptional Service – Above and Beyond Discovery Community College recently needed to install a sink in our Vernon site classroom to meet healthcare compliance requirements. What we initially thought would be a straightforward project quickly became far more complex. With the ongoing building boom in the Okanagan, we were unable to secure a framer until Spring 2026 — and even that was uncertain. I reached out to Trufinity Plumbing, and they connected us with Cole. We are incredibly grateful they did. Without Cole, we quite literally would not have a sink installed today. Not only did Cole go above and beyond in his work, he actively reached out through his industry contacts to help coordinate trades and move the project forward. When he encountered the same difficulty securing a framer for what was considered a “small job,” he stepped up and built the wall himself so he had a proper structure to run the plumbing to the ceiling. He then connected us with Franky from NorthStar Drywall, who did an excellent job, allowing ProWorks Painting to seamlessly match the existing paint. Cole returned afterward to complete and connect the sink unit. Throughout the entire process, Cole was professional, solution-focused, determined, and exceptionally skilled. He was wonderful to work with, and we felt fully supported and in capable hands from start to finish. Chilina in the office always notified us of when Cole would be onsite and timelines of the project. The texts with the plumber’s photo is a nice touch so the site knew who would arrive. Chilina stayed in contact while the other trades were active. Cole and Chilina helped to drive the project forward to completion. We highly recommend Trufinity Plumbing. Called TruFinity last evening & they had Julian out at my place in Peachland before noon. My hot water tank is done for, so he gave estimates on a new tankless system that will be installed this week. Excellent, professional & friendly service.

We had a fantastic experience with Trufinity Plumbing in Kelowna! From the moment we called, the customer service was excellent. Chilina, the receptionist, was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. She made scheduling easy and kept us informed throughout the process. I want to thank Jullian for coming out on a weekend right away when water tank went. He was very knowledgeable, easy going and helpful for suggestions and ideas going forward. Went out of his way to find us the best possible deal and solution. Awesome guys. THANKS AGAIN

Had a very small leak in our downstairs bathroom in an odd spot coming from our upstairs bathroom above it. Lani from TruFinity came to figure out what was going on. Ran our sink and shower for about 10 minutes and no leak was occurring. We flushed the toilet 4-5 times and a slow drip appeared. Lani customer service was exceptional and they were very knowledgeable! They walked me through how the plumbing system is set up and the best and worst case scenarios of what would need to be done to fix the leak all while maintaining a light conversation about other things in the in between time. They kept their work space clean and tidy and made sure not to leave any residue in the house. Luckily for both of us, it was the best case scenario and a quick fix! The wax seal on the toilet just needed to be replaced and there was no more leak! I greatly appreciated Lani’s customer service, quick discovery/solution, clear communication and tidiness! I would definitely use their services again and recommend them to others! Thank you Lani and TruFinity!
