What does the TruFix Lifetime Guarantee cover?
It covers the workmanship of any repair or installation performed by TruFinity. If a failure is directly related to our labor, we will repair or redo the work at no charge to you for as long as you own the home.
Are manufacturer warranties included?
Yes. Equipment and parts carry their original manufacturer warranties, which we pass on to you in full. We also register qualifying equipment on your behalf whenever possible.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Call us at (778) 946-6697 or email service@trufinity.ca. We’ll dispatch a technician to assess the issue and honour the guarantee quickly.
What is not covered by the lifetime guarantee?
Normal wear, misuse, lack of maintenance, damage from external forces, and manufacturer defects are covered by their respective policies, not the TruFix workmanship guarantee.
Do guarantees apply to commercial and new construction work?
Commercial and construction warranties are tailored per project. We provide written warranty terms with every commercial quote and contract.
