Exceptional Service – Above and Beyond Discovery Community College recently needed to install a sink in our Vernon site classroom to meet healthcare compliance requirements. What we initially thought would be a straightforward project quickly became far more complex. With the ongoing building boom in the Okanagan, we were unable to secure a framer until Spring 2026 — and even that was uncertain. I reached out to Trufinity Plumbing, and they connected us with Cole. We are incredibly grateful they did. Without Cole, we quite literally would not have a sink installed today. Not only did Cole go above and beyond in his work, he actively reached out through his industry contacts to help coordinate trades and move the project forward. When he encountered the same difficulty securing a framer for what was considered a “small job,” he stepped up and built the wall himself so he had a proper structure to run the plumbing to the ceiling. He then connected us with Franky from NorthStar Drywall, who did an excellent job, allowing ProWorks Painting to seamlessly match the existing paint. Cole returned afterward to complete and connect the sink unit. Throughout the entire process, Cole was professional, solution-focused, determined, and exceptionally skilled. He was wonderful to work with, and we felt fully supported and in capable hands from start to finish. Chilina in the office always notified us of when Cole would be onsite and timelines of the project. The texts with the plumber’s photo is a nice touch so the site knew who would arrive. Chilina stayed in contact while the other trades were active. Cole and Chilina helped to drive the project forward to completion. We highly recommend Trufinity Plumbing.
